Main Scale M1 to M6 (including UPS for those past the threshold)

£36,745 to £47,666

Our schools is a ‘good’ school (Ofsted November 2023) and is frequently described as ‘an oasis’. Our very recent Ofsted described us as being ‘calm, caring and welcoming;’ where pupils are ‘happy at school as they feel like they belong to a ‘big family’, where everyone helps each other.’

We are looking for an inspiring, talented teacher to join our dedicated team of staff in September 2024 to teach in KS2. For experienced applicants, subject leadership roles will be available.

We are looking for:

  • Highly skilled motivated practitioners with high emotional intelligence, a vision and passion for learning
  • Teachers with experience of and a proven track record for raising standards across the curriculum and particularly in early reading and phonics
  • Teachers with experience of teaching either Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2
  • High expectations with a passion and belief that all children can and will succeed
  • Hard working active team members who will support our Christian ethos
